If it slips on my end, you get a 10% refund per day late. If you take more than 48 hours to respond during the build, the timeline pauses until you reply.
Deposit is non-refundable once I start (Day 1). If you cancel before Day 1, full refund. After delivery, no refunds — but I'll fix anything broken within 14 days, free.
